Office work

im working on IT service company in Japan.
the company is americans, and big company.
but in japan it is small....

why does the foreign company in japan be as Japanese one?
so serious person is much!!!
not interesting!!!
every person requires the stable life.
the challenging is not...

they like what they stand on person, they wanna be one which is proud of them.

i always got fed up...!!!

i wonder i will change the company and person's idea in Japan.
it is better that everyone recognize everyone's competency and ability... performance, and everyone cooperate with each other!!!
